The Role The Head of Admissions will lead the admissions strategy across all phases of the school, ensuring an exceptional experience for families from first enquiry to enrolment. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Principal and works closely with Marketing and Communications to support student growth and retention. Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute a data-driven admissions and enrolment strategy in line with the school’s vision and growth targets. -Oversee the full admissions journey, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience for prospective families. -Manage enquiry tracking, conversion reporting, and follow-up systems to maximise enrolment outcomes. -Lead admissions events, open days, and outreach activities in collaboration with academic and marketing teams. -Build strong relationships with feeder schools, relocation agents, and the expatriate community. -Provide accurate enrolment forecasting and strategic insights to senior leadership. -Ensure full compliance with organisational policies and local regulations. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. -Significant experience in school admissions or a customer-focused leadership role within international education. -Proven success in developing and delivering effective admissions strategies. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural relationship skills. -Experience in an international or bilingual school environment is highly desirable. -Ability to inspire and lead a small, dedicated team.
