Carpenter Location: Staines Full Time Permanent Salary up to £37900 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday) Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality carpentry installations and repairs across occupied and void properties. Day to day duties: Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties  Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units UPVC etc Providing high levels of customer care at all times Role Criteria: Experience in Carpentry Social housing experience A UK full valid driving license Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement of employment. To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points. Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
