Electrical Engineer White City, London £46,000 – £48,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial site in White City. Renowned for delivering exceptional maintenance solutions and offering genuine career development, my client is seeking a skilled engineer to strengthen their team. As part of a dedicated on-site maintenance team, the Electrical Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of all building services. You will undertake both electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance, carry out remedial work, and respond to any site emergencies as required. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with strong experience in commercial building services and a proactive, dependable work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems Working on equipment such as single/three-phase power, motors, generators, UPS, emergency lighting, fire alarms, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, belts, and bearings Undertaking isolations, shutdowns, and switching procedures safely Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery Completing logbooks, RAMS, and all site documentation accurately Managing tasks and closing jobs via PDA systems Supporting safe systems of work and promoting best practice across the site Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Solid background in commercial building services maintenance Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Package: £46,000 – £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Overtime available Ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities This is a superb chance to join a respected building services provider on one of their flagship London sites.
