Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works across the North West.  Due to the nature of our projects (Airside & Landside operations) you MUST be prepared to work nights when required. You should ideally have a strong work experience and background of general civil works including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting. As a Site Supervisor you will control safety, quality and environmental activities. You’ll carry out site supervision and delivery of works to program and budget. As well as this you’ll toolbox talks and HSEQ briefings and temporary works supervision. You will be liaising with clients and excavation supervising. What you’ll bring Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you Willingness to work nights SSSTS with SMSTS desirable SSSTS CSCS Card People Management / Site Management   Ability to obtain airside pass  Briefings and tool box talks   Control of site safety and quality Job Requirements:  AGL Knowledge  Aviation experience  Civils Project Delivery experience  Working to standards and specifications  Order and management of plant and materialsEven if your previous experience doesn't align perfectly with every aspect of the job description, we strongly encourage you to submit your application.
