If you’ve got 6–12 months of cold-calling or telesales experience and you’re looking for a role where you can grow, earn well, and actually enjoy the team you work with this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing * Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn * Qualifying leads and passing warm opportunities to the sales team * Booking demos/meetings with senior decision-makers * Keeping CRM records up to date * Working closely with an SDR Manager who’s been in your shoes * Hitting weekly and monthly activity/meeting targets What You Bring * 6–12 months of cold-calling or telesales experience (B2B is a bonus!) * Strong communication and confident objection handling * A resilient, target-driven mindset * Hungry and ambitious personality - ready to make an impact * A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment What’s on Offer * £26,000–£29,000 basic * Uncapped commission (OTE £42k+) * Ongoing coaching & clear career progression * A fun, supportive, ambitious team If this sounds like you click apply
