Graduate Building Surveyor

The Opportunity This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills across a wide spectrum of building surveying services while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to both professional and project work, with full support toward completing your APC and achieving RICS chartership. Key Responsibilities Working closely with senior surveyors and project managers, you will assist with: * Technical Due Diligence and condition assessments * Dilapidations, including preparing schedules and negotiating outcomes * Contract Administration duties on a range of projects * Project Management support from inception through delivery * Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes * Party Wall advice and administration * Stock Condition Surveys for asset management programmes About You We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to professional growth.
