Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker- Complex Care Essex Are you ready for a new and unique challenge where you are empowered to give your aspired level of person-centred care from beginning to end of the patient’s journey? This role will be based in the community supporting children who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Full Time or Bank Staff basis. We are looking for Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as: * Tracheostomy care * Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding. * Ventilation management * Oral suctioning * Bowel management * Nebuliser (NEB) * Medications Required Skills/Qualifications: * 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience. * NVQ Level 3 related subjects. * NVQ Level 4 related subjects. Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: £15.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexitime Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability
