Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator - £26,000 Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire (On-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (45-minute lunch) We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and confident managing transport, deliveries, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organise deliveries with couriers, hauliers, and third parties Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety standards Produce proofs of delivery and manage import/export documentation Investigate and resolve operational queries Manage supplier invoices and update purchase orders Despatch orders via internal systems and support other departments Conduct supplier reviews and manage logistics non-conformance What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively Confident communication and customer service skills Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; stock control or Sage experience desirable Knowledge of import/export procedures desirable What We Offer: 26 days' holiday + bank holidays, including Christmas shutdown Training and development opportunities Employee healthcare plan and life assurance Annual pay review and reward/recognition schemes If you're ready to take the next step in your logistics career, apply today.
