Nurture Mentor

Part-Time Nurture Mentor (Long Term) Hours: 12:00–16:00, Monday to Friday Pay: £54.76 per half day Start: ASAP Role Type: Behaviour / SEMH Interventions We are looking for dedicated Nurture Mentors / Teaching Assistants to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in behaviour support, SEMH interventions, and working with vulnerable pupils. You will support pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, delivering sessions focused on social communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour development. As part of the role, you will: * Support pupils during lunchtime * Run after-school clubs for vulnerable learners * Provide calm, consistent and nurturing support throughout the afternoon * Deliver behaviour and SEMH interventions tailored to individual needs If you are passionate about helping children thrive emotionally, socially and academically, we would love to hear from you
