Helpdesk Administrator Glasgow | £28,000 | Monday – Friday FM Search & Select are supporting a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to add a Helpdesk Administrator to their team in Glasgow. The Role As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple FM contracts. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the FM helpdesk inbox and phone line * Logging, tracking and closing reactive and planned maintenance tasks * Scheduling engineers and subcontractors * Raising purchase orders and processing quotes * Updating CAFM systems with accurate job information * Liaising with clients, engineers and the wider operations team * Producing reports for supervisors and contract managers * Ensuring all works are completed within agreed SLAs What We’re Looking For * Experience in a Helpdesk, Administrator, Coordinator or FM support role * Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships * Confident working in a fast-paced environment * Good knowledge of CAFM systems (advantage but not essential) * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines What’s on Offer * £28,000 salary * Monday to Friday working * Excellent career progression opportunities * Supportive and friendly team * Well-established Facilities Management organisation with long-term contracts If you’d like to find out more about this opportunity or discuss similar roles, please get in touch
