Production Operative - Nights

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Higham Ferrers for a Production Operative to join their night shift team on a temporary to permanent Basis. Training will be for 1-2 weeks on either a day or afternoon shift and then you will then move onto the night shift. Production Operative Job Details & Benefits; * £19.19-£25.85 per hour * Annual bonus - £500 base value * Sunday to Thursday night shift 10pm-6am * Discounted shopping * Employer Pension contribution – up to a maximum of 12% * Cycle to work scheme * Life assurance x 4 annual earnings * Health insurance * Free on-site parking * 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays Production Operative Job Details; * Operation of various blending machinery (full training given) * Loading ingredients into food mixers * Preparing raw materials to exact recipes * Packing finished products * Record Keeping * Cleaning of Machinery/Vessels to meet with hygiene standards * General Warehouse duties, goods in and out * Stock control duties * Product sample preparation Production Operative Person Specification; * Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence is desirable but not essential * Good Communication skills both written and verbal * Food Hygiene certificate desirable but not compulsory * Experience in food manufacturing would be advantageous * Self-motivated – ability to work alone and part of a team This is an excellent opportunity to join a great Company with a family feel.
