Chef de Partie – Oxford Salary: £16 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30 (½ hour unpaid break) Contract: Cover from next week until 11th December (potential to extend into January) Requirements: Enhanced DBS check Parking: No parking available on site We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie to join a busy catering team producing around 900 meals per day. You’ll be part of a team of 25, including 6 chefs, working in a modern kitchen with a strong team spirit. Key Responsibilities: Running your own section and maintaining high food and safety standards Preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events Supporting menu cycles, food preparation, and service Assisting with functions and occasional weekend work on a rota Covering reduced hours during school holiday periods Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent) Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate Enhanced DBS check (required) Passion for food and high standards Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure What We Offer: £16 per hour Daytime hours – Monday to Friday Overtime opportunities How to Apply: If this role is of interest, please apply now
