What we offer: * £40,000 per annum salary (approx. £769 per week based on 40 hours) * 9% employer pension contribution * 50% off home, motor and pet insurance plus free breakdown cover * Optional Health and Dental insurance * Electric Vehicle (EV) car scheme – lease a brand-new electric or plug-in hybrid car tax-efficiently * Generous holiday allowance * Buy as you earn share scheme * Employee discounts and cashback Key responsibilities: * Assess vehicle damage in line with site guidelines to meet volume targets * Identify fast-track repairs and ensure accurate parts ordering * Review repair methodologies to ensure cost-effective solutions * Collaborate with policyholders and engineering teams on repair feasibility * Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures * Achieve and embed standard methodologies and lean activities What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in vehicle repair assessment or similar role * Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex systems and ATA qualification preferred * Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and compliance with industry standards
