Early Years Practitioner

As a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: * Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework. * Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children. * Promote children’s development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence. * Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments. * Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times. * Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room. What We’re Looking For * A full and relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent). * A Full Paediatric First Aid training * At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates). * A sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures. * A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
