Site Manager

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a respected client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee roofing works on a busy retail unit in Biggleswade. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations for roofing works * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow * Monitor site H&S compliance and maintain documentation * Liaise with the client, project managers, and store management 🧰 Requirements: * Proven experience managing roofing or envelope packages * SMSTS (or equivalent) * CSCS card * First Aid (preferred) * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage works in a live retail environment 💼 What’s on Offer: * Competitive day rate * Supportive client team * Well-run project with good logistics If you’re a proactive Site Manager with solid roofing experience and immediate availability call Georgia at CPR Recruitment
