Multi-Skilled Tradesperson - Social Housing (Day-to-Day Repairs) Location: Warrington Salary: £36,226 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start: ASAP We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team delivering responsive day-to-day repairs across our social housing contracts. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of day-to-day repairs in occupied and void social housing properties Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard Provide excellent customer service to residents Ensure all work complies with health & safety and company standards Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices Liaise with supervisors and planners to ensure smooth job completion Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in at least two trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, basic electrics) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Full UK Driving Licence Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs is highly desirable Good communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive salary + overtime opportunities Company van + fuel card Tools allowance / uniform provided Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment 📩 How to Apply Please send your CV to or contact Josh on (phone number removed) for more information
