Sheeting Machine Operator

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This machine is a critical component of our production process, responsible for efficiently and accurately producing a variety of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities: * Operate machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. * Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and prolong machine lifespan. * Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. * Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality inspections. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality assurance. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. * Proven experience operating machinary * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. * Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
