Health And Safety Officer

I’m currently seeking a Health & Safety graduate to kickstart their professional journey with one of Europe’s largest food manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to grow quickly and play a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion. The Role: * Assist in preparing health and safety strategies and improvement plans. * Support the completion of risk assessments, help identify ways to reduce risk, and contribute to reports with recommendations. * Carry out site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are being followed effectively. * Record findings from inspections or incidents and compile relevant data for management. * Participate in training sessions with site management and staff on health and safety topics. * Help oversee and monitor third-party activities to ensure safe working practices. Education & Experience: * Ideally 2 years’ relevant experience within a food manufacturing environment. * Third-level qualification. * Experience working in a dynamic business is an advantage. * Strong working knowledge of MS Office
