What You'll Be Doing: Responding to warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experience Administration, putting detailed proposals together to send over to customersWhat We're Looking For: This would be ideal for those looking for a career in sales who come from a customer service, call centre, retail or hospitality background.
