Receptionist  Temporary holiday cover (cover from Wednesday 10th - Monday 15th December )  Seeking a friendly, experienced Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover during a holiday period. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling a variety of general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of a busy Office. Working within a Housing orgionational covering holiday cover.  Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet external customers, tenants, contractors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls, answer queries, take messages, and route calls appropriately — demonstrating a good telephone manner Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services Complete general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying Support office operations such as maintaining reception area tidiness and ensuring a welcoming environment Liaise with internal teams to coordinate meeting room bookings or other front-of-house needs Assist with ad hoc tasks as required Person Specification / Requirements Previous receptionist or front-of-house office experience is required Strong administrative experience, including handling post and basic clerical duties Excellent telephone manner,  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — able to present a professional and welcoming  Organised, with good attention to detail IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment  Offering weekly pay and a chance to work for a growing company with free parking and a supportive office enviroment
