Lead Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer

Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer - UK Salary - up to £55,000 dependant on experience. Based in Slough for first project then around South East London. Vehicle and fuel card provided. Join our water & air technology client and help keep building systems running smoothly from day one! We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer to carry out essential cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in commercial and industrial buildings across the UK. What you'll do: Clean HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework to industry standards before they go live Use specialist chemicals, methods, and equipment to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants Deliver projects on time and within budget Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to keep everything on track Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly Follow strict health & safety procedures at all times Stay up to date with best practices and new cleaning technologies Provide training and guidance to team members when needed What we're looking for: Valid SSSTS / CSCS card for site supervision and health & safety compliance Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel - travel to sites across Sout East London Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipmentWhy join us?
