JOB TITLE: Estates Team Member - Driver RESPONSIBLE T0: Estates Manager LOCATION: Milton Keynes TERMS: Full time- 40 hours per week RATE: £12.21 -12.36 per hour depending on experience Key Areas of Responsibility · To drive transport for our care homes · Collecting and picking up from appointments and Trips · To complete daily check on company fleet · To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required. · To assist with maintenance when required · To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required. · To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection. · To liaise with contractors on site. *The right candidate must have a drive license and be a driver* Skills and Experience · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Full DBS required. · Full UK Driving licence required. · To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation Rewards and Benefits · Competitive hourly overtime rate (Subject to change). · 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. · Westfield benefits including discounted shopping and restaurants and many other benefits. · Optional Wage stream · Employer pension contribution.
