FLT Counterbalance Driver - Night Shift Location: Middleton Industry: Manufacturing (small components) Hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00 About the Role We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing team in Middleton. The company specialises in producing small components and requires reliable staff to support production and logistics during the night shift. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas Supporting production with timely supply of components Manual handling of goods (lifting, carrying, packing) General warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date) Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to work night shifts consistently Good attention to detail and commitment to health & safety Physically fit to carry out manual handling tasks Benefits Competitive hourly rate Overtime opportunities Long-term, ongoing work with potential for permanent placement Supportive team environment
