SEN Learning Support Assistant – Year 4 Location: UB10, Hillingdon Start Date: Jan 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term (term-time only) Are you a compassionate, patient and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for an experienced LSA to support Year 4 pupils with additional learning needs at a welcoming primary school in UB10. About the Role: We are seeking an SEN LSA to work closely with Year 4 pupils who require extra support with their learning, social development and emotional regulation. You will be working both 1:1 and in small groups, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs * Assist the class teacher in implementing personalised learning plans * Support pupils with communication, engagement and behaviour * Help create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment * Liaise with teaching staff, SENCO and wider support teams as needed Requirements: * Previous experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar) * Strong behaviour management and communication skills * A proactive, calm and patient approach * Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer: * Competitive daily rates * Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant * A rewarding role within a friendly, supportive school community If you’re ready to start immediately and want to make a meaningful impact in the classroom, we would love to hear from you.
