Store Manager - Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the store, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading a motivated, engaged team. You will combine strong leadership skills with commercial awareness to deliver excellent results, drive sales, and maintain the company’s reputation as a go-to destination for coffee lovers in London. Store Manager - Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service. * Take ownership of store performance, including sales growth, cost control, and profit & loss management. * Oversee daily operations including stock management, supplier relationships, and scheduling. * Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages in line with company standards. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with health & safety regulations. * Handle customer feedback, resolving issues with professionalism and care. * Analyse sales reports and KPIs to make informed decisions that support business goals. * Collaborate with senior management on marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement. * Manage rotas, payroll, and staff records to ensure smooth HR processes. * Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and best practices. Store Manager - What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager role within hospitality or retail. * Demonstrated success working with KPIs and P&L responsibility. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team. * Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions. * Passion for hospitality and delivering a first-class customer experience. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. * Confident with POS systems and technology. * Food safety and hygiene certification is desirable. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
