Role Summary Our client is looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for the Senior Sales Specialist. This person will be target-driven and eager to progress into a Senior Sales Specialist role over time. Key Responsibilities * Identify and research prospects across real estate and compliance sectors. * Run outbound sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn. * Qualify inbound leads based on ICP fit and pain. * Book Qualified Accepted Meetings (QAs) for the Senior Sales Specialist. * Maintain accurate CRM activity and lead notes. * Manage pipeline and forecasting * Prospect into property providers, FM companies, commercial landlords, education, local authorities & more * Run structured outbound outreach via email, phone & LinkedIn * Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings * Become fluent in the fire safety & compliance value proposition * Work closely with the Senior Sales Specialist and marketing to refine messaging and sequences Experience Required * 0 - 2+ years in a sales executive, telesales, or customer-facing role (SaaS ideal but not required). * Technology sales background is desired. * Demonstrated resilience and confidence in outreach. * Strong written skills for messaging and outbound communication. * Ambitious, coachable, and interested in progressing to Senior Sales Specialist.
