Estate Services Cleaner Location: Furze Brake, Whitepit Lane, Newport, PO30 1NJ Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £12.50 Per Hour Job Ref: OR18190 Job Responsibilities Clean communal areas in residential buildings. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Use cleaning equipment and materials responsibly. Person Specifications Must Have Experience in cleaning or similar roles. Attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Previous experience in residential or estate cleaning. Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and supplies.
