An Office Assistant is needed due to a promotion within the business brought around by some exciting growth. You are needed to help manage a small office space, coordinate travel plans and help arrange events. You will report into an Operations Manager who will give you excellent support and mentoring. Client Details This international PR firm have corporate, finance and professional services clients across the world. They are known for offering bespoke, expert advice to their clients. They've recent added heads to their highly desirable London office. Description As the Office Assistant, you will: Organise and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and efficiently. Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team. Maintain and update accurate records and files as required. Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Assist with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.Profile A successful Office Assistant should have: Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.Job Offer You will be rewarded with a salary of 30k-35k. The company have 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays which increases with every year of service
