About the Role: We are looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons, inspire learners, and contribute positively to a strong Business department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching GCSE and A-level (or equivalent) Business Studies, ensuring students are well-prepared for exams and future study or employment. Key Responsibilities: Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5. Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that cater to a range of abilities. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Support curriculum development within the department. Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in events and activities. About You: A relevant degree and strong subject knowledge in Business Studies. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) preferred. Experience teaching KS4 and KS5 students is advantageous. Able to engage, motivate, and challenge students.
