Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Water Industry MEICA, M&E, Mechanical or Electrical A specialist MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, Automation) contractor delivering specialist projects in the water industry is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to further strengthen their commercial team. If you have experience with construction and engineering-related projects, particularly using NEC contracts, then this could be the role for you. Why Apply? * Clear routes for progression * Guaranteed work on a large framework * Plenty or training and development Duties for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor: * Dealing with measurements, valuations and agreeing work. * Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages. * Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts. * Maximise commercial efficiency on the project(s) you work on. * Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain. * Negotiate contracts and packages * Collating monthly contract reports. * Supporting junior Quantity Surveyors.
