This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to take a strategic leadership role, driving growth in sectors such as property development, infrastructure planning, and renewable energy, while maintaining a strong foothold in the independent wind development market. As a Principal Consultant, you'll manage a talented team, lead complex projects, and play a key role in shaping the company's future. What You'll Be Doing Lead major projects as Project Manager, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Act as a technical expert in your specialist area. Produce and review high-quality technical reports and management plans. Mentor and manage up to 5 consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Drive business development, attracting new clients and expanding into new sectors. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and health & safety standards. Contribute to marketing initiatives, including campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership.What We're Looking For Proven experience in EIA and planning consultancy, ideally at senior or principal level. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects. Excellent client relationship management and business development capabilities.
