This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of design work packages, thrives in multi-disciplinary environments, and has a strong background across the full electronic product lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key part in developing advanced electronic solutions for complex weapon systems, covering both on-board subsystems and land, sea, and air-based firing units. Responsibilities include: Leading and delivering end-to-end electronic design packages Taking responsibility for performance, quality, cost, and schedule for your designs Working across Power and Analogue Electronics at board and subsystem level Collaborating closely with Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Environmental, and EMC teams Ensuring designs meet all technical and environmental requirementsWhat You’ll Bring Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering Significant experience in electronic design, development, and delivery Proven ability to lead sizeable design work packages Strong problem-solving skills and broad knowledge of electronic technologies Confident communicator with the ability to influence across teamsIndustry Background Defence experience is ideal, but not essential.
