Salary £27K - 40 hours a week As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a pivotal part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Working under an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, you'll Salary Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative include, Receiving Goods, unloading deliveries, checking for damage or missing items, and signing delivery notes Storing Stock, labelling items, moving goods to designated storage areas, and ensuring safe, organised storage Picking & Packing, accurately selecting items for orders, packing securely, and preparing goods for dispatch - this may involve heavy lifting and extended periods of standing Dispatching Orders, loading goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secure and ready for timely delivery Stock Control, updating records, completing paperwork, and helping with regular stock checks Maintaining Cleanliness, keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all timesThe ideal Warehouse Operative will need the following, Some previous warehouse experience excellent attention to detail along with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks Strong team player with a positive attitude and clear communication skills Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Physical capability to move goods safely Basic IT skills for stock and record-keeping Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential due to location - free on-site parking 40 hour week.
