Programme Manager Opportunity – Join Our Client’s Team! Are you a strategic leader with a passion for customer success and operational excellence? Our client is seeking a Programme Manager to take ownership of a particular key customer account, driving growth, profitability, and fostering strong relationships within the aerospace industry. What You’ll Do: Act as the primary point of contact for customer operational relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Lead a customer-focused team with clarity and compassion, delivering exceptional service and driving both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities. Manage all operational and financial aspects of assigned accounts, including costs, pricing, profitability, and working capital. Utilise standardised tools and processes to provide regular reports to the management team on customer and account statuses Provide accurate financial forecasting for revenue, order intake, and order book to support strategic planning. Contribute to monthly SIOP meetings and the annual strategic/budget planning process. Maintain and execute customer contracts (MSA, MEPA) diligently, mitigating risks and fostering trust. Drive continuous improvement by deepening your understanding of the customer, industry trends, and our client’s capabilities to deliver sustainable value. Conduct regular customer meetings, including quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment and open communication. Collaborate across internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure exceptional operational execution. Utilise CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate data and support decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Experience in project management within the Aerospace Industry Experience in trade compliance sales (Export Control) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and office software tools Desirable: Aerospace experience, trade compliance knowledge, and familiarity with SIOP/MRP processes.
