Due to the nature of the work, active SC clearance is required. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on complex agile software government delivery projects. Active SC clearance. Confident managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations in fast-moving delivery settings. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams. Experience working in cross-functional agile teams (engineering, QA, DevOps). Ideally certified in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO/PSPO) or equivalent
