Do you have at least 1 year’s experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviour? Are you confident supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom? If you answered yes to these questions, then this role is ideal for you! The Role – Behaviour Mentor The Behaviour Mentor role is suited to someone calm, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable young people. You will support students in KS3–KS4, helping them regulate their emotions, re-engage with learning and manage behaviour effectively. You will work 1:1 and with small groups, modelling positive behaviours and encouraging personal growth.
