Fire Door Site Manager

Fire Door Supervisor / Working Supervisor Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire Long-term work We are recruiting for a Fire Door Supervisor to take ownership of a fast-paced fire door remedial and installation package across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. This role will suit someone confident with compliance, quality control and resident liaison, with the ability to support the wider team with materials, surveys and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: • Ordering materials, managing stock and organising deliveries • Assisting with scheduling and acting as the main liaison with tenants/residents • Supporting surveys and understanding fire door compliance requirements • Managing access with the Project Coordinator to residents’ FEDs • Monitoring quality and workmanship throughout the works • Measuring for new door-sets when required • Maintaining accurate progress records and tracking work with the client • Preparing weekly Bolster reports (straightforward training provided) • Taking ownership of the daily running of the fire door remedial/install programme Requirements: • CSCS card & DBS (DBS can be arranged for the right candidate) • Driving licence and own vehicle • Strong understanding of fire door remedials and compliance • Confident IT skills – especially emails, updates and progress tracking • Good communication skills for resident liaison and client interaction • Ability to work independently, remain organised and maintain high compliance standards Package: • Long-term work for the right person • Consistent projects across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire • Opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, responsibility and ongoing support If you have strong fire door knowledge, can run daily tasks confidently and want long-term stability, we’d like to hear from you
