A small, hands-on building consultancy in Bristol is looking for an ambitious APC-level Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 5. This is a great opportunity to take real responsibility, work on a range of projects, and complete your APC with full support from experienced surveyors. The Role: Lead and deliver projects across the South West and South Wales, from heritage and conservation work to higher education, commercial, and residential sectors Get hands-on experience in building surveying, reporting, and client liaison Work closely with a small, collaborative team and see projects through from start to finish Mainly project-focused work, with support and guidance for APC submissions Who We're Looking For: 1-3 years' consultancy experience Proactive, hands-on, and keen to take ownership of projects Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ambitious and motivated to develop both technical and professional expertise What's on Offer: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and APC progress Direct mentorship and support for APC completion Exposure to a variety of projects across heritage, higher education, and commercial sectors Friendly, small-team environment with genuine scope to grow and make your mark This is a rare chance to join a small, highly engaged consultancy, take on responsibility from day one, and gain APC support while working on interesting projects across the South West and South Wales.
