You can also expect to: Assess job descriptions and create adverts Proactively source candidates through a range of methods Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video Manage interview and offer processes Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market shareThe hours of work for this position will be outside of typical office hours due to the time difference in the American market, however we do maintain a very flexible work-your-day policy. About You To be successful in the role you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual, with excellent communication skills. You'll have experience working in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within an engineering market.
