With continued growth and a steady influx of new contract wins, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Contract Manager who is eager to progress their career within a high-performing team. You will oversee a commercial property in West London, reporting directly to the Area General Manager. Responsible for an engineering maintenance contract valued at approximately £1m, you will manage the P&L, ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently exceeded, and support both planned and reactive maintenance activity delivered by a team of engineers. The role also includes quoting works, leading the onsite team, and providing outstanding stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Area General Manager Full responsibility for P&L performance Managing KPIs and SLAs across the contract Providing technical support to both the client and the engineering team Ensuring all company quality procedures are implemented and adhered to Building and maintaining strong client relationships Attending client meetings and managing daily client requirements Overseeing additional project works and variations Leading recruitment processes and managing staffing levels Developing and appraising staff, including career development plans Handling absenteeism and managing disciplinary procedures Producing reports as required Identifying and securing additional business opportunities Managing the permit-to-work system Overseeing all health, safety, and environmental performance on the contract Requirements Technical qualifications: Apprenticeship / City & Guilds in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or HVAC Proven experience managing contracts and maintenance teams Strong interpersonal and people-management skills Highly motivated and performance-driven Strong IT skills Excellent written and verbal communication Salary & Benefits £80,000 annual salary 25 days annual leave Life Insurance Opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team Clear pathways for career development and progression
