Damp And Mould Surveyor

Damp & Mould Surveyor – South Essex Rate: £35–£42 per hour Contract: 6 months My client in South Essex is looking for 2x experienced Damp & Mould Surveyors to assess housing stock You’ll respond to resident callouts, inspect properties, and recommend remedial actions to tackle damp and mould issues. Key Responsibilities * Inspect homes for damp, mould, and condensation. * Respond to resident reports and complaints. * Produce clear reports and action plans. * Liaise with contractors and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with housing standards. Ideal Candidate * Experience in damp/mould surveying * Must be HNC/ HND qualified (minimum)/ degree in building surveying/ AssocRICS/ ACABE * Strong knowledge of building pathology. * Familiarity with HHSRS and disrepair legislation * Sound understanding of Awaab's Law
