Service Care Legal are working with a leading Legal 500-ranked firm in East London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their property department. ROLE:                  Residential Property Solicitor LOCATION:         East London PQE:                     5 years’+ SALARY:              £55,000+ About the Role You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative team and modern case management systems. You will have the autonomy to run your files independently while benefiting from the firm’s strong administrative, paralegal, and partner support structure. Your caseload will include (but is not limited to):   Adverse Possession Claims Advice to Landlords, Management Companies & drafting Deeds of Covenant Buying and Selling Freehold & Leasehold Properties Drafting and advising on Deeds of Trust Enfranchisement matters Preparing Ready-to-Sell Packs Lease Extensions (statutory and informal) Re-mortgaging Transfers of Property Ownership About You   5+ years’ PQE in Residential Property Law Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex matters Excellent communication and client-care skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Should this be an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on (phone number removed) or email across an updated CV to (url removed).
