Assistant Aviation Safety Officer Location: Oxford Type: Full Time Apply by: 4 December 2025   About the Role: This role is aimed at early-career candidates or those looking to move into aviation safety. You will support the Safety Management System (SMS) while developing skills through an apprenticeship pathway.   Responsibilities: Assist with safety report processing and documentation. Support data analysis to identify trends and risks. Help maintain safety procedures and compliance records. Support internal investigations and regulatory submissions. Contribute to safety promotion and company initiatives. Requirements: Interest in aviation safety or engineering. Some exposure to regulations or quality systems preferred. Willingness to learn and complete apprenticeship training. IT proficiency for basic reporting and data analysis. Qualifications: HNC or equivalent industry experience/apprenticeship. GCSEs in English and Mathematics. Aviation safety training or apprenticeship is a plus
