The Role As the Fabrication & Welding Supervisor, you will oversee a team of around 30 welders and fabricators, ensuring productivity, quality standards, and safety compliance across the workshop. You will drive operational performance, support continuous improvement, and maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout the department.
