Recruitment Specialist Location: Worcestershire - Hybrid Salary: Up to £35,000 Contract: Full Time - Permanent  Department: People & Culture Reporting To: Head of People & Culture A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its People & Culture Shared Services team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end-to-end recruitment service that supports high-volume hiring across the group. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management. Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes. Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information. Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build-vs-buy talent decisions. Develop talent pools and long-term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs. Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board-level review. Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective sourcing. About You: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an in-house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role with strong recruitment focus. Solid understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance. Confident managing high-volume recruitment with strong ATS and HRIS experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) required
