Hse Manager

Our client in the Farnborough area is looking for a HSE Manager on an initial 1-year contract. This role will be based outside of IR35. The HSE Manager will lead the Health, Safety & Environment function for a PMC project, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and corporate policies. * Develop, implement, and oversee the HSE strategy for the PMC project. * Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. * Liaise with regulatory authorities, client representatives, and PMC leadership.. * Prepare and deliver HSE training and awareness programs. * Monitor and report on HSE KPIs to senior management. * Minimum 10–15 years’ HSE experience in large-scale projects. * Proven track record in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments. * Background in mining, oil & gas, or major infrastructure projects preferred
