Job Reference: 476 Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer Salary: £45,000 per annum Location: Southwest London Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Mechanical & HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Building Services. Key Responsibilities * Due to the nature of the role and managing multiple contracts travel will be required so flexibility is required. * The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Mechanical & HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Building Services. * Due to the nature of the works, TecRec are exceptionally keen to speak to candidates with a strong background in mechanical & electrical works. * Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations * Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered * To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests associated with the heating and ventilation systems, pumps, water tanks, valves, pipe work and associated mechanical systems or items Requirements * Knowledge of Heating & Air Conditioning Systems * Previous FM experience managing multiple sites * Strong Mechanical & HVAC Experience * Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineer * Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing * G3 Unvented (Advantageous) What’s on Offer * £45,000 per annum * 22 Days Holiday * Company Van * Company Fuel Card (No using own money and expensing) * Overtime If you live in and around the Southwest London area this could be the role for you.
