Location: Lincoln Position: Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our well-established and supportive Private Client team at our Lincoln office. The Role You will work closely with Solicitors, providing high-quality support across a wide range of private client matters. This varied position will give you exposure to: Drafting and assisting with wills Probate applications and estate administration Advising on and supporting the creation and management of trusts Preparing lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) General client care and file management About You We are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working directly with clients.
