Facilities Administrator Required Location: Princess Royal University Hospital, BR6 8ND Contract: Minimum 6 months (potential to become permanent) Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch) — 40 hrs/week Pay: £13.95 per hour (PAYE) At JobMatcha, we operate across civil, rail and construction projects nationwide, and we’re proud to empower workers through our award-winning technology. The Role We are looking for a Facilities Administrator/Co-ordinator to support the Facilities team at Princess Royal University Hospital. The posts are initially for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Facilities team * Coordinate and log facilities tasks via the helpdesk/CAFM system. * Process and update work orders, service requests and contracts. * Liaise with internal departments, contractors and suppliers. * Maintain records, spreadsheets and departmental documentation. * Support compliance and site procedures to ensure safe operations. Essential Requirements * Solid administrative experience; confident handling day-to-day office tasks. * Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain). * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook). * Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills. Desirable * Experience with CAFM systems (Maximo experience is ideal). * Background working in a helpdesk or facilities environment.
