Administrator Reigate | Full-time | Office-based Salary: Up to £28,500 Are you an organised, forward-thinking administrator who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll play a key role in coordinating work from initial enquiry right through to completion. This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring smooth planning, exceptional customer service and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards Provide administrative support across a range of ongoing projects Manage daily electronic diaries for managers Handle day-to-day office tasks, including post and payments Ensure compliance with company policies and Health and Safety requirements Respond to all correspondence promptly Client and Project Coordination Manage incoming enquiries by phone and email Schedule site visits using Outlook calendars Liaise with managers to prepare and send quotes Process accepted quotations, including checks, permits and service bookings Arrange pre-booking requirements such as traffic management, parking suspensions and equipment hire Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth delivery of works Sign off completed projects and issue invoices Database Management Maintain and update the works scheduling database Record accurate notes and project updates Produce reports such as KPIs and acceptance rates Teamwork and Culture Promote a positive, proactive 'can-do' culture Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and suppliers About You Strong administrative experience, ideally within a service-led environment Confident user of MS Office, especially Outlook and calendar management Highly organised with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional, confident telephone manner Collaborative team player Experience coordinating logistics such as permits or traffic management is beneficial Interested?
